Yes. All our pieces can be made to custom measurements. We encourage customers to provide accurate sizing details when placing an order.
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. While we will do our best to accommodate adjustments, changes cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.
If you require an item urgently, please contact us before placing an order to confirm availability and timelines. While rush orders may not be available for all pieces, we will always do our best to accommodate urgent requests where possible.

Please allow approximately 2-3 working weeks for production and processing before shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier service.
As Shaykarabrand operates across both Lagos and London, certain pieces may be produced or dispatched from different locations depending on availability and production. This may affect shipping costs for select items.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts may require an additional shipping fee for redelivery.
